WINTER DEVELOPMENTAL STROKE CLINICS

Our stroke clinics for the Winter session will be starting in January. Entry level swimmers and those who have moved beyond swim lessons but are not yet ready to join a full time swim team should look into signing up. Swimmers must be comfortable in 13 feet water depth.

·        Turn development

·        Starts / Dive improvement

·        Introduction and teaching of Butterfly

·        Natural progression to competitive swimming

                                             5:15 – 6:10 pm
